Episode 19 is dedicated to learning to love & appreciate your body for all the things it does for you, not just for how it looks. Our bodies are so fascinating and amazing that they literally grow muscle and bone to make us stronger, they regenerate tissues to heal us and so, so much more. Our bodies love us so much that they will adapt to our environment, circumstances and stressors to keep us alive & functioning... So it's time to show it some love back. We need to stop nit picking all the things we hate and want to change about our physical appearance by appreciating all that our bodies are capable of. Listen in to hear more, including my top 5 tips if you aren't where you want to be.

I've spoken about these items in previous episodes, but I thought it may be helpful to create a list of the things I recommend to focus on if your goal is weight loss. In episode 14 I will outline and discuss what you should be paying attention to so you have a clear idea of where your attention should be (and no, it's not cutting out carbs or sugars).

We're talking all things the SCALE in episode 12 of the Done with Diets podcast! I've been through it myself and seen it with many clients over the years that we use the scale as our only form of tracking progress on our weight loss journey, which can lead to frustration, loss of motivation and in some cases giving up altogether. So I'm going to be providing you information on how to use the scale as a tool and not the end all be all to how well you're doing. In this episode you can expect to hear about the many different things that effect the number on the scale, how to understand and read the scale as well as my recommendations of how to use the scale (IF you'd like - you certainly don't HAVE to by any means).
Thanks for tuning in and I hope you found some useful information to help you along your journey!
