With over 25 years of experience as a pilot and in aviation project management and worldwide business development, Michael Stoltzfus provides overall strategic direction, vision and leadership as President and CEO at Dynamic Aviation.

Michael joined Dynamic Aviation, a family owned and operated company, in 1990. He started as a pilot and base manager, and went on to work in other roles, including Manager of Flight Operations, Vice President of Flight Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

Michael is an active member of the U.S. Capitol chapter of the Young Presidents Organization. He has served on the boards and advisory councils of multiple non-profit organizations. Michael attended Eastern Mennonite University and is an alumnus of the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Haven Pell began writing about politics in 2011 at the website he founded, LibertyPell. He expects to launch a new website, Pundificator.com, later this year. Prior to becoming the Pundificator, Haven was a navy officer, a lawyer, an investment banker, the director of a family office, and one of the co-founders of the Bernstein office in Washington DC. Haven was my mentor when I came to Bernstein in 2008, and even though he has retired from Bernstein, I still think of Haven as one of the best advisors I have ever known.

Haven has been married to the artist Simmy Pell for 45 years; he is the father of three children and the grandfather of four.

Dante also serves as an appointee on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Advisory Council, the United States’ federal emergency response agency. Enrico Cecchi is the managing director of the IDI Group Companies. IDI has developed some of the most memorable projects in the Washington metro area over the last thirty years, and continues to lead the condominium and apartment communities in innovation, design excellence, quality workmanship and customer service. At IDI, Mr. Cecchi is directly responsible for overseeing headquarters office management, project financing, asset management, property acquisition and selected zoning matters, joint ventures and partnerships and other legal and contractual matters.

Enrico is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Virginia School of Law. He holds a masters’ degree in real estate and infrastructure from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Enrico is active in the business and arts community in the Washington area, serving on boards for the Signature Theater and Wolf Trap, along with the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Enrico is an active member of the YPO US Capital Chapter.
