Doctor Psycho

People have been writing me asking for help for how to deal with the coronavirus

Like you, I’m deeply concerned about the state of where things are.

To make myself feel better, for lack of knowing any viral pathologists, I asked two of the smartest people I know about their take on the coronavirus.

This was initially a private conversation among friends, but about halfway through, we decided that if sharing this conversation helps educate people about how to protect themselves, then we should post it to UPC and encourage people to reach out to us with questions or stories they might have.

What you’re about to hear is a conversation between a therapist, tech expert, and a medical researcher. While none of us are viral pathologists, we are professional researchers in our own right.

Stalker Report: Psych Myths & Intolerable Sounds

On this episode, Andy and I answer some of our favorite messages that we've received from our beloved Stalkers. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, you name it! We hear you and we are here to answer life's strangest questions: Why do some sounds feel like nails on a chalkboard? Why do I react so strongly to car horns? And my ~personal~ favorite, how long can you be mad at someone before you don't love them anymore?

Give it a listen, send us your own thoughts/questions, and thank you for your support!

As always, stay safe my friends.
