We get real serious with each other (letters are opened, some are read, and truths are spoken); then we disregard any effort towards self improvement and instead jump right into our first annual GROHLIES, the awards (named after the almighty Dave Grohl of THEM SIDEWAYS VULCANS fame) that we give out to somewhat random aspects of the movies we watched in season one. Some of you are probably asking “Are they seriously discussing SLC PUNK?!” In response, we’d like to assure you, “Yes. Yes we are.” But if you aren’t following this hypothetical conversation, you’re probably asking, “What the hell are they talking about?” In that case, we’d like to explain: “We are discussing SLC PUNK for the final review-based episode of season one of Docs Till Death, the punk podcast where old punks discuss punk and hardcore documentaries in a very punk way.” We’d also probably add, “while it might seem on, especially given our name, that we're discussing something other than a documentary, we’re always open to trying out new things (kink). And since SLC PUNK has become something of a sacred cow for many punks who came of age in the late 90s, we figured that we'd ceremonially slaughter that milk machine to cap off our immensely successful first season.”
