Should you buy a house or rent? It seems like a hard decision to make. Not to me. Here’s my simple advice:
RENT!
Well, at least during the first couple of years of moving to a new town or starting a new residency.
Karl Brisard, a real estate agent with Keller Willams (and Renee’s cuzzo), is on the hot seat to talk about how to buy a house when you’re new to a city.
