Our first episode of the Divorce Coaching Podcast for 2022, sees Fay & I continuing with our theme of "Divorce Myths Dispelled" as we have a lovely chat with Paul Linsell, expert Family Law Professional who heads up the Family Law team at Boyes Turner.
In this episode we get detailed and specific on a number of myths that come up a lot!..
From "is it only mum who has parental responsibility?"
To "do men only pay child maintenance?"
And one of my favourites "is the family court gender biased?"
Paul shares his wealth of knowledge about the law and answers a host of challenging questions. He helps us get the nitty gritty of all those "my mate said blah blah blah", and brings you the truth on a number of burning questions and myths.
We also get a little philosophical, talking about these divorce myths, not just the law but also the societal views that can be attained.
