Ditch The Binge
Renae Saager
You’re smart. You’re successful. And yet... food still has way too much control over your brain.
But this isn’t just about food. It’s about self-trust, confidence, and how you show up in every area of life.
Ditch the Binge is for high-achievers who are tired of overthinking, exhausted from second-guessing, and ready to stop living a double life with food. When you learn to trust yourself with food, you start trusting yourself everywhere else too.
I’m Renae Saager—mindset coach, speaker, and straight-shooter. If you’re ready for real talk, zero BS, and actual shifts that go beyond ‘just love yourself’ advice—this is for you

Ep 163: The required step for getting confident.
Ditch The Binge
06/06/23 • 18 min
In this episode, I share the required step for true confidence.
.
.
When I was in NYC, Chris Rock showed up at the venue we were at, unannounced, and did stand up for about an hour. And there was something about his performance that really stuck with me and how it is the exact process we all go through to get solid confidence. The part that we all want to skip, but the best of the best know that they can't.
Enjoy!

First- go follow Ryann on IG.
She is the SWEETEST HUMAN BEING and her account is full of helpful information regarding food neutrality and feeling comfortable in your body.
When it comes to fear foods most of us have a pretty similar list:
Bagels.
Granola.
Pasta.
Pizza.
Basically anything besides protein and veggies, amiright?!
Ryann has started a fantastic thing on her social media where she helps you break up with your own fear foods. She normalizes the anxiety so many carry around certain foods and helps you move through it so you can ultimately create a fulfilling and satisfying life - outside of food.
Ryann Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), certified nutritionist, and certified weight-neutral health coach. Ryann specializes in helping women overcome binge eating, disordered eating, and poor body image through online courses, group programs, and individual work. After 7 years of struggling with binge eating, Ryann found recovery and food freedom and now she teaches others to find the same!
You can also visit her site HERE.
This episode was a real treat, I know you will love Ryann too!

Ep 218: Comparing to others.
Ditch The Binge
06/24/24 • 17 min
Comparison and judgment can happen before you even have a chance to see what is happening.
In this episode, I hope to shake things up for you so you start looking at others (and yourself) in a new, more clear way. Instead of doing what you've always done, because that is what you are used to, you start making intentional decisions.
