Ditch The Binge
Renae Saager
You’re smart. You’re successful. And yet... food still has way too much control over your brain.
But this isn’t just about food. It’s about self-trust, confidence, and how you show up in every area of life.
Ditch the Binge is for high-achievers who are tired of overthinking, exhausted from second-guessing, and ready to stop living a double life with food. When you learn to trust yourself with food, you start trusting yourself everywhere else too.
I’m Renae Saager—mindset coach, speaker, and straight-shooter. If you’re ready for real talk, zero BS, and actual shifts that go beyond ‘just love yourself’ advice—this is for you

.
When I was in NYC, Chris Rock showed up at the venue we were at, unannounced, and did stand up for about an hour. And there was something about his performance that really stuck with me and how it is the exact process we all go through to get solid confidence. The part that we all want to skip, but the best of the best know that they can't.
Enjoy!

She is the SWEETEST HUMAN BEING and her account is full of helpful information regarding food neutrality and feeling comfortable in your body.

Basically anything besides protein and veggies, amiright?!
