Chade and Nico kick off the New Year talking about New Year's resolutions (and Chade’s...interesting name for them). There's some nice tips on how to set some realistic, achievable, and actionable New Year’s goals (or not set them if that’s how you roll!) and Chade talks a bit about his, and how he set them.
