Mrs. Montoya who birth her first child at the age of 17, had Bingham as a college professor, is his current boss, and serves as a Deputy Director for McLean County Probation and Interim Director for the Ford County Probation Department. Mr. Banks served in a distinguished airborne military unit and saw the world before going to college and becoming a probation officer.
