Our guest today is Marc Elias with Regency Centers. Marc currently serves in a Senior Leasing role for Regency. He is responsible for their West and Central Florida shopping center portfolio encompassing over 29 properties. Regency Centers is a real estate investment trust based in Jacksonville, FL and is one of the largest operators of shopping center assets, currently owning 422 properties comprising over 57 million square feet of space. The company owns neighborhood and community shopping centers, primarily grocery anchored product, throughout the country.
