Delicious Alignment and the Art of Abundance

Transformational Coach, Amanda Towne shares how she was a chronic overthinker for most of her life. While her logical and analytical mind served her well in her career as a CPA and Corporate Accountant, it led her to live in her head, often plagued with anxiety. Today, Amanda uses her emotions as her guidance system and focuses on how she wants to feel instead of letting negative emotions overtake her and teaches others how to do the same.
