In this episode I got over some of the best certifications for the helpdesk, in my opinion. Some of these certifications I list, qualifies you for a higher position. But without enterprise experience, a higher level cert helps a lot with landing your first role. Once you get in the door, trust the process and move up the ladder to your desired role.
