With 200 episodes under our belt, it's amazing that Stephanie and Sarah never shown up with the same story to tell ---- but they do get close. Like this week! This week is all about con-men, scam artists, scum bags (and we promise we didn't plan our topics together! It's just telepathic at this point). Sarah starts off with the Deadtime Storiez SparkNotez of a story from Netflix's new show: Worst Roommate Ever. And by "Worst" roommate, we don't mean they drank the last of the milk but put the empty carton back in the fridge....we mean they ruined (and ended) peoples lives. AND - this story takes place in Sarah and Stephanie's own backyard. Jed Creek, aka Jamison Bachman, responded to a craiglist posting looking for a roommate in Chestnut Hill, PA. Little did that roommate know, once Jed (Jamison) entered your life...it would take hell to get him out. Stephanie wraps up with one of the most notable con-men stories out there, and the basis for the 2002 film "Catch Me If You Can". The story of Frank Abagnale, Jr who went from lying about being a Pilot, to lying about being a Doctor, to lying about being a Professor: and the list goes on. But we can promise you'll never guess his biggest con of all..... take a listen to find out!
