We've had some crazy stuff going on in our lives, but that won't stop us from bringing you the 2-star content you know and love(?)! This episode is full of ghosts, and men, and honestly we don't know which is scarier? In honor of Women's History Month, Sarah starts us out with not one, but two stories about ghost women. Though they may be spirits, even in life and death we have to say 'good for her'. Stephanie finishes off the episode with a story where no one dies! But a white man is on his bullshit, and does con multiple people out of more money than anyone would have guessed. Who is Zach Horwitz and who is Zach Avery, and why have we never seen them in the same room at the same time?? On a separate note, we seem to be catching these weird noises (or transmissions?) in our audio. We can't quite make out what it is... if you can understand it, please let us know! And we're still looking for Kristina and we're starting to get a little worried. So if you hear from her, or have any idea where she got of to, hit us up!

We're Baaaackkk!! It's the final installment in Stephanie's "Satanic Panic - Recovered Memory - Teal Swan - Cult?" Series! And don't worry, this final episode will tie everything together, in a way you'll never see coming. ****CONTENT WARNING**** Episode contains topics and descriptions of Suicide, Abuse, Self Harm, and Animal Cruelty. In this final chapter Stephanie dives deeper into Teal's past trauma, abuse, and the therapy she sought as an adult. Along with the descent into her "inner circle", and the controversies she currently faces. As the hired Private Investigator (main-character energy) Molly says "Is it a cult? ....hard maybe" We're so excited to bring you our first partnership!!! We're BAACCKK! And we're bringing you an abandoned hospital that's overrun with ghosts, and a semi-controversial true crime story that's bound to start a conversation. Sarah starts the episode with the incredibly haunted Old Changi Hospital in Singapore, China. Build in 1935 this hospital soon found itself being used to harm people instead of treat them. Rumored to have housed POW's as well as the "notorious Kempeitai" (the Japanese military police, which also played the role of that of a secret police) a group that tortured and killed many people (including the POWs) imprisoned in the hospital. With a backstory like that, you KNOW its full of ghosts - and it is. Stephanie wraps up the episode with the true crime case that inspired the most recent Hulu drama "The Girl From Plainville". It's the tale of Michelle Carter and Conrad Roy III. You might remember this case because it was all over the media, because after Conrad took his life it came out that Michelle had been texting, messaging, and talking to Conrad about doing so. Some believe she did it maliciously and should be held accountable for his suicide - while others think this was a terrible story of two mentally unwell teenagers and an incredibly unfortunate situation. What do YOU think? Should Michelle take the blame for Conrad's death? Leave us a comment and let us know!

Hey Idiots! *just kidding, we love ya'll!! We're back and in a chaotic mood this week, so buckle up. Stephanie is continuing her Witchy-series with a focus on the Tarot cards themselves. What does each card represent, and how could that possibly be applied to your life? Tune in to find out! Sarah wraps up with another weird-world, odd history tale. We're calling this "The Fiasco That Was The Marathon at The 1904 Olympics". And fiasco could be an understatement: Between your 1st place winner not technically winning, the 2nd place winner on a cocktail of drugs, and runners dropping out due to extreme heat and lack of hydration, this race is certainly one for the history books. Though, not in the way anyone would have intended. The holidays are coming up and you can give us the greatest gift of all without spending a penny: please jump over on whatever platform you prefer and leave us a 5-star review. Every little bit really does go a long way.

Happy New Year!!......idiots <3 It's the last episode of 2021 and it's the final chapter of the Donner Party Episode. Remember, the Donners weren't dead yet...to begin with. They had just found themselves stuck on the mountain with snow on the horizon after already enduring more than the normal traveler on the Oregon trail...and the cannibalism hadn't even started. In this final installment Stephanie will cover the events of that snowy winter and what led to their rescue....and what led them to eating each other. As we wrap up 2021 we can't say THANK YOU enough; but we'll try again -- THANK YOU. From the bottom of our hearts. We never thought when we started this show that it would still be going over 3 years later, much less almost to 200 episodes!! And we never would have done it without YOU. So thank you, for listening, for participating, for rating & reviewing, telling your friends, and most of all for just being you. We love you all.

Happy New Year!! It's a new year, but it feels like deja vu because we're recording remotely (again)! Forgive us for the audio hiccups, much like the American school system, we've been spoiled to our in-person recording. However, all recording bumps aside, we're very excited to start the year off with one of our dearest guests: Mariangela!! Mariangela is here to tell us the real story behind one of our favorite childhood animated movies. Much darker than the film portrays (even though the movie is quick macabre) is the true tale of Anastasia, Grand Duchess of Russia. But, in true Mariangela fashion, there is more to this story than just the facts. Mariangela has a personal tie to the lost princess story... but you'll have to listen to learn more. *News! It might be a new year, but it certainly has a feeling of DejaVu - because we're still recording remotely! So, please forgive our audio quality as we try to re-learn remote recording. Are ya'll ready to talk about some ghosts?? Because Sarah is! This week is the tale of the Ancient Ram Inn "Ghosts-Pagans-Succubus OH MY" The Ancient Ram Inn is almost 1000 years old and has the spooky history to prove it. Built upon a Pagan burial ground, this home boasts over 90 resident ghosts. With an open grave in the kitchen, no running water, and a multitude of paranormal activity: what more could you ask for in a haunted inn? Stephanie ends the episode talking about a new (to us) cult: The Unification Church. Also known in the U.S. as "The Moonies", this church came to the Americas from Korea and has some dangerous ideologies. After the original leader died, some of his children broke off to form their own sects - one of which will be covered in next week's episode. And that sect seems to be the most dangerous of all...

Can you believe we're less than 15 weeks away from the 200th episode??!! We certainly can't! Make sure you stay tuned, because we're working on something really exciting for number 200!! In the meantime, please enjoy our regularly scheduled programming (bullshit) Stephanie starts us out with a journey through the history of Tarot. Where did it start? Did you know there were multiple types of decks? And what does it all mean in the big journey of life...and witchy-ness...? Sarah wraps up with an unbelievable story about a woman who must have missed her calling as a witch. Anne Greene was a scullery maid in 1650 when unfortunate circumstances found her at the end of a noose...but that is NOT where Anne's story ends! Listen in to hear all about what happened to Anne, and trust me - it's all 100% true history facts.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING for those in the states that celebrate - for everyone else: HAPPY THURSDAY! Over the next 2 weeks Sarah will dive into an event that is a black stain on America's (recent) history - The Waco Siege (Massacre) In Feb. 1993 the ATF pulled up to the Mt. Carmel compound in Waco, TX to conduct what should be a routine search and arrest warrant. Due to the ATF's actions this routine task turned into a 51-day standoff that resulted in the deaths of 76 men, women, and children at the hands of the US Govt. Part 1 will give you the history of Mt. Carmel, the Branch Davidians, and Mr. David Koresh himself; leading up to the initial raid. Part 2 will be the timeline of the 51 day standoff and the actions and events that lead to so many American citizens losing their lives at the hands of their own government. This series is {not} sponsored by Dr. Pepper yet....

We're over halfway through Guestoberfest can you believe it?? We definitely can't! To celebrate we thought we would bring back our guest that's always been comin-for-that-numba-one-spot: Kristina!!!!!! We're always so excited to have Kristina on the show, and we're doubly excited to welcome her back to Guestoberfest and back for her 13TH EPISODE (spoookyyy). ***TRIGGER WARNING*** Like usual, Kristina comes prepared with a very unsettling - unfun - super spooky - prime Guestoberfest story: the missing persons case of Susan Cox Powell. And, subsequently, the murder of more of the Cox-Powell family. This story has a TRIGGER WARNING for domestic violence and violence toward children. As our second-to-last episode of Guestoberfest - this one will definitely leave you with chills up your spine and an unsettled knot in your gut. Thanks Kristina for the spooks! And tune in next week for our final episode of Guestoberfest!!!
