In our world today, people are always looking for something—what are you looking for? If you read the New Testament with any degree of care, you find that time and again we are called to be people of love. Jesus said that the badge of our discipleship is whether we love one another (John 13:35). The Apostle Paul lists love as the first evidence of God's working in our lives (Galatians 5:22-23), and he goes on to say that whatever gifts we have accomplish nothing if exercised without love (1 Corinthians 13:1-3).
