Episode 92: The Courage to Examine Racism

In this episode I talk about my own journey to opening my mind to examining and thinking about, and trying to understand racism. It's a difficult and painful concept, and always uncomfortable to think and talk about, but vitally important if we want to create change so nobody feels like "other" and equal opportunity actually is a thing! Take a listen and let me know what you think.
