66. Desensitized by the Internet, Parents Being Good Examples of a Bad Example, Religion vs Wisdom

Welcome to Episode 66 of the Damn Dude Podcast!
Have you been desensitized by the internet? The majority of us have, I know I have!
Even when it comes to things as simple as seeing an athlete do something "impressive". Somebody could have worked several years to learn the trick, and we just scroll by it, no view, no like, no comment.
It sucks when you work so hard on something just to not get the credit you deserve, AND this is why its so important that we do what we love, because that means we'd do it whether there's credit involved or not!
Let's break down how we lost touch, and lost our sensitivity to things.
Our thoughts, feeling, emotions, communication and talent have all been majorly downplayed since the internet.
Often times our parents are Great Examples of what a Bad Example looks like.
I know I am a good example, and also a good example of a bad example for my kids, lol.
In the end, being real with ourselves and our kids is where the gold is at!
