Ever feel stress? LOL, yep, we can all laugh at that right. Stress, it’s the silent killer, each year hundreds of thousands die due to stress related illness. Today I’m going to share with you one easy exercise to help you reduce some of the stress, get more clarity and have more fun.

Wow, what an amazing week. It was a huge week for me as many of you know I launched my Cut the Crap Club.
