Curious about Self-Compassion
This week Kirsty welcomes Belinda to the podcast!
They discuss all things self-compassion.
Belinda was inspired by Leanne's ability to show compassion for herself so decided it was worth exploring in more details. Tune in as the girls take a look at why self-compassion is important (especially when decluttering!) and what are somethings we can all be doing to practice more of this in our lives.
Kirsty and Belinda also share how easy (or not!) it is for them to be practising self compassion and how they see its value and working at doing more if it too. If you haven't already listened to last week's episode then we highly recommend checking it out first.
We'd love to hear how go being curious this week about showing yourself more compassion and telling that harsh inner critic to shush! Jump on over to our Facebook Community and tell us!
Enjoy!
In this episode we;
● Define what self-compassion is;
● Talk about what stood out to us about Leanne's approach to her decluttering challenge and why;
● Discuss the benefits of choosing flexibility over rigidity;
● Highlight that self-compassion can motivate us to change to achieve our goals;
● Share some our own experiences of growing in practicing self-compassion;
● Suggest practical things to do to grow in this area;
And so so so so much more...
