Joining Meisha today is Leila Holmes, a musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who specialises in pregnancy related PGP (pelvic girdle pain) and pelvic floor problems such as incontinence, prolapse and sexual pain.


They discuss key considerations for all women in pregnancy, regardless of their training habits or experience including the most common concerns and challenges women face as well as invaluable advice from Leila about managing and preventing injury and issues postnatally.
