In 2023, the Florida Legislature passed the REACH Act 2.0, a wide-reaching bill significantly impacting workforce & education throughout the state. In this episode, we’ll speak with Marci Murphy, Executive Director of the new CareerSource Brevard Flagler Volusia. She’ll offer insight on the statewide consolidation from 24 to 21 local workforce development boards, the process of bring two regions comprised of three counties together, as well as tools and services available for local businesses to address one of their top issues for the foreseeable future, finding talented employees.
