In the final episode of this 3 parter, Monica and Nick conclude the case of the tragic death of Phoebe Handsjuk. In August of 2013, nearly 3 years after she died, an inquest was held to re-examine evidence in the strange and brutal death of Phoebe Handsjuk. 26 witnesses gave their testimony and provided evidence to the coroner that Phoebe’s death could not absolutely be ruled an accident simply due to the influence of drugs and alcohol in her system. Will the coroner change his decision and open the doors for a new investigation?

In 2010, a 24 year old Australian woman is found dead in a pool of her own blood on the floor of the trash compactor room in the luxury apartment building where she lived. Her distraught boyfriend tells police over and over that she was depressed and suicidal and that he knew she was going to do something like this. But the evidence isn’t adding up. Could this be a gruesome murder made to look like suicide?
