This is not the time to think about things you want to be / do / have / achieve / contribute to and think, ah well, it's the end of the year, I'll aim to achieve this from January. Oh no, not by default anyway as there are 3 months left and this episode is all about how to #win in the last quarter (while retaining your sanity, good humour and good looks).
