Do Not Miss This Show: Torin and Julie welcome Wil Shelton, Author of The Silent Agreement and CEO of Wil Power Integrated Marketing in a knock down interview on the every day fight between Black professionals and the White power structure in our organizations.

Wil wrote The Silent Agreement as a call to action to corporations across America regarding their sincerity in sharing solidarity with the Black community. Corporations need to proactively enable and promote senior Black leadership in all facets of corporate achievement.

Wil is a consummate professional, passionate, ambitious, and empathetic leader. He is the founder, president, and CEO of Wil Power Integrated Marketing, a global multicultural marketing agency specializing in the beauty and grooming industries.
