228 | Quick 5-Minute Tool for Personal Transformation | Mommy Millionaire Minute
04/17/20 • 23 min
We’re going to talk about a concept that changed my life when I first heard about it. To talk about this concept I’m bringing on the person who introduced me to it originally, Dr. Jenn Chrisman. When I had just moved to Newport Beach and dramatically changed my living expenses, Jenn asked me “Who is driving your bus right now?” We all have different personas, different passengers, who are along for the ride in our life. And every once in a while someone else will take the wheel. It’s important to have compassion for all your passengers, but remain steadfast in who gets to drive.
You Will Hear About:
- [02:15] When I was introduced to the concept of “who is driving your bus”
- [03:44] Who is driving your bus
- [07:50] Identifying the passengers and having compassion for them
- [10:38] Creating an environment to accept all of yourself
- [16:42] The way our passengers will evolve
- [18:36] Why most people are living mediocre lives
