Greg from Inferno Farms on lessons learned as a chef and breaking Carolina Reaper record
Owner of Inferno Farms and holder of the world record for most Carolina Reaper pepper eaten in one minute, Greg Foster, comes on the craft hot sauce podcast. On the podcast Greg shares some of his earliest spicy memories, lessons learned from culinary and hot sauce mentors, and what’s going through his mind before eating bowls of reapers in front of 1000+ people. Inferno Farms is a craft hot sauce company in the San Diego area and their sauces will be in included in the Craft Hot Sauce Box. You can follow Inferno Farms on social @infernofarms and in case you’re interested in taking a peak in seeing Greg break that pepper record, here’s the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ariknau-f4o The music guest is the Resolectrics and their song Elevator Blues. They have a new full-length album "Open Seas" that I’ve been listening to for the past few years and really enjoying. You can listen to and purchase their album on BandCamp: https://resolectrics.bandcamp.com/track/elevator-blues. They're constantly playing gigs in and around the Pacific NW and plan to expand their reach to most of the West Coast in the next year or so, so keep an eye out cuz they might be coming to your town! You can follow them @resolectrics on Instagram and Facebook for updates. Thanks for listening to our podcast. Feel free to sign up for our monthly newsletter on CraftHotSauce.com and we’d appreciate a rating and review, especially if you dig the podcast. Cheers! Brian
