Pack your bags; we’re drinking around the world! We’re sipping on some lagers, getting famous in the UK, talking trivia, getting angry at Untappd users, drinking some homebrew, and getting pulled over while high.
It turns out that the UK is in love with the Craft Beer Republic. Erica talks about her big news with the Great America Beer Festival. She’s also got chicken drama and a snake that tried to attack her while she was getting a beer. Greg talks about hosting a trivia night on the gram and the a-holes that play at breweries but never buy any beer. The crew talks about the new hats in the CBR store (go check them out) and then does their best to offend everyone. And Greg brings up the Untappd reviews for Morning Watch (spoiler: he’s not pleased).
Thanks to Vanessa, everyone is drinking Lager Me Bro, Tripping Animals Miami Beer Week collaboration beer. In the bullpen, Greg and Shannon are drinking Captain Kolsch, his latest homebrew.
Scales, a rapper from the Nappy Roots, was robbed, kidnapped, and shot at his own brewery. Modern Times plans to lay off over 100 employees before the final sale to Maui. Sonic hard seltzer is now the official hard seltzer of a major sporting league. Mexico is looking to end beer production in the north (this leads to some inspiring stories). A Florida teen was pulled over for not being drunk, but he was very honest. And the top 10 countries that drink the most beer per capita.
