This episode is intended solely to be educational and shine a light on the link between disability and depression, and to provide some coping skills I have learned presonally as someone with a disability that also stuggles with depression. Always remember you are strong and importantant and dealing with depression is a continuous battle. Like the old saying goes it's a marathon not a sprint.
