Tribute to a Friend, bike legs are coming back, and swimming is hard!
Were are back (again) after a 3 week hiatus and training is going great. A mini camp in AZ got the bike legs back in gear, running is rolling, and we did our first swim meet. Lots to catch up on this week and we are only 4 weeks out from Oceanside 70.3.
