I messed up and I'm sorry. Apologies are such an important part of communication, and we see them all the time in the media. Some of them good, some of them maybe not so good. Some of them sincere, some of them not. We all make mistakes. We're all human. And when we make mistakes, we know we're supposed to apologize. But it turns out how you apologize and how you communicate sincerely that you're sorry is not straightforward. Here to talk about
