Dr. Scorza leads the Anti Racism division and is working to eliminate systemic barriers that have made sure that large portions of the Black community, and other communities of color, live within the confines of concentrated disadvantage depriving communities of the opportunity to achieve self-determination and the opportunity to thrive.
