What a great story teller, "THE" Dadbod Veteran joined us this week. We had the opportunity to learn more about the man that tells stories on TikTok, YouTube and other Social Media platforms. He shared his early life, and the decision to join the Navy right out of High School. We learned about his career in the Navy, including how he was on the water when 9/11 happened and how they protected New York after the attacks. Learned about his move to civilian life, and what that transition looked like.
We moved on to learning how "THE" Dadbod Veteran came to life, and the story behind the stories. We shared some of our favorite videos of his, to show the work and effort to make quality content.
As a show, we never like sharing too much here, because we want our guests stories to speak for themselves. This is a show you don't want to miss.

On the evening of Wednesday 4/19, a Facebook post was shared by Jason Steiner and Herostock. This post was written by a Veteran who started it with ... Today I am part of the 22. He went on to say how much he loved his wife, family, and friends. Yet, he couldn't escape the darkness. Sadly, he took his life after this post.
We NEEDED to talk about this and invited Jason Steiner, Tom Ettinger, and France Mahabub all veterans who have seen this all too often. France, dealing with his brother (a veteran) taking his life as well.
These men shared some of the why's behind someone can show happiness on the outside, yet have so many demons chasing them. We also discussed how as a community working around veterans we can continue to fight this and bring the number to ZERO.
We would also like to thank all the amazing followers that interacted with us during the show. there was some great comments and this conversation HAD to happen. Thank you!
