I saw this quote - “If you’re confused about why you aren’t where you want to be, you need to write down a list of your excuses and realize everything on that list is why.”
OUCH!
Right!
It's ok...we're in this together.
Now it's time to cut them and get to the heart of what you want and what you're actually willing to do to get there!
