You may recognise our guest today and I’m going to take a shot, at saying you probably won’t associate him with sustainability. In fact you will associate him more with shots because he often features as the cocktail expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch here in the UK.

He is also the brains and creative zest behind ‘World of Zing’ a whole range of ready made cocktails. So how do you go from cocktail maker to world changer? How on earth do we make cocktails environmentally friendly. Pritesh Mody our guest today has what he thinks could be the answer and he’s prepared to put his money where his mouth is and has launched his cocktail business with an innovation which will make a difference.
