Greetings CompassCast Fam!

I'm working on something...but I need your help! Over the next few weeks we are going to do a "deep dive" into our core values with the VPs of Operations. Send any and all questions you want me to ask them to:

What do you want to know about them? Maybe...What do they look for when they visit one of our restaurants? What is the craziest thing they have ever seen in a restaurant? Does Rick feel left out because he is the only VP of Ops without an amazing mustache? Let me know!

John Davis, US Beef's Co-Owner & Chief Executive Officer, stops by on Episode 14 to deliver some very exciting news! The US Beef Family has grown in size as we've expanded our territory through an acquisition of 10 restaurants. Hear all about our newest Region, our amazing training teams that are on the ground making good things happen, and hear John deliver a heartfelt message to our newest employees about the US Beef Compass. Kurtis McKinney has a fairly familiar story here at US Beef. He started as an assistant manager and through his Commitment, Humility, and Respect, he now finds himself as a District Manager in Region 6...and a darn good one. Join us for Episode 12 of CompassCast and hear Kurtis tell his story. He talks about how he struggled with confidence and what helped him overcome those struggles. Region 6 is where the Peer-To-Peer Program got started and Kurtis was one of the original support coaches. Hear Kurtis talk about the impact of mentoring others.
