Gracie recently returned from Washington, D.C., where she spoke at The Women's National Press Club's annual dinner. She recounts her exploits in the nation's capital. The convention for Gracie's Suprise Party will be held in Omaha. One commercial has been removed in which Gracie sings her campaign song, "Vote For Gracie." Gracie has just returned from Washington, where she was a special guest at the annual dinner of the women's national press clubs, and George has just returned from the opening of a meat market! Gracie then retells the story of her dinner in Washington in her own warm and witty way. Songs and orchestral music are also available.

"So tell me about yourself, and what do you think of how I upset them last week in the Wisconsin Primary?"

Gracie explains how she came up with her platform. It includes giving a live sheep to student barbers. They can write their diploma on the sheepskin after learning to shave the sheep. "Vote For Gracie," sung by Gracie and the cast (including Truman Bradley), is a campaign song. Gracie Allen is running for president, but she didn't get much work done last night because her uncle had run off with the maid, so her aunt and butler went to see a movie! Gracie tells the story in her innocent way, which is hilarious.
