Musings From The Judge's Chair: Hacea Coffee Source Roasting Competition

Each competitor blind roasted a blend of three green coffee beans (Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia). Then we we cupped them. All of them. Check out the winner details on the Hacea Coffee Source blog.
