Richard Tashma is a former systems engineer, a fellow member of the Institute of Coaching, anda certified Internal Family Systems coach. Richard initially found coaching on his own journey in personal development, and after discovering IFS through the work of Bessel van der Kolk, Richard realized the impact the practice can have on individuals, largely through the impact it had on his own life.

Forest Bathing and Coaching with Susan Abookire
