A couple great guys and successful Southern Maine Community College coaches join Glen Cyr and Tim of #coachescornerbooth at Madden's Pub and Grill to talk coaching at the community college level. Matt wears several hats at SMCC including Athletic Director, Men's Basketball Coach and Asst. Dean. Starting in 2003, Matt is a seasoned veteran of the college system who is still passionate about providing an equivalent D3 experience for his athletes. Ethan Wells, Women's Soccer Coach, is starting his tenure as a head coach at the college level. Last season, which was is first, he lead his team to birth in the national tournament while providing support to Matt's duties as the Asst Athletic Director. An outstanding 1-2 punch for athletics at the collegiate level, these guys share their philosophies and opinions with the Coaches Corner Booth.

After turning a dwindling Westbrook program into a Eastern Maine Conference Champion, Hutch set his sites on his alma mater as his next challenge. Known as an intelligent, intense coach around the conference, Hutch takes us back through his origin story. He credits the influence of older wrestlers and former coaches. He also talks about the positive effects that wrestling has had on him as an adult.
