029 Southern Baptist Convention Starts the Process of Dealing with Sexual Abuse

This episode is a bit of a mixed bag for us. On the one hand, the steps that the SBC has been taking to try to repair themselves is encouraging. However, it also feels like it isn't going far enough, fast enough. We all have to make up our own minds on that one. We just hope that this slow pace doesn't come to a stop. The women of Jesus' church deserve the best from their beloved churches. The work the SBC is now undertaking will require a lot of encouragement even from outside the denomination.
