The month of April is Sexual Assault Awareness month. A time to deepen our understanding of sexual violence as well as educate ourselves on how to support and stand in solidarity with other survivors.
As a Survivor, I vow to continue sharing my story and breaking down the barriers that have kept me bonded for so long! In this episode, I was joined by two of my best friends Jessica and Jeanelle that have helped me navigate through my healing journey. This episode is dedicated to me answering personal questions sent to me in regards to my sexual trauma healing. Jessica and Jeanelle will also share their experiences with dealing with me throughout this journey as well as insight that can help other people who are trying to support another survivor of abuse.
