In this episode Jodi talks with Rita about camping, yoga, and the pelvic floor. Rita shares about her love of camping in such a delightful way. She also talks about learning to teach yoga later in life and how much joy and travel it has brought her. How studying the pelvic floor has brought even more opportunities to her for teaching and sharing with women.
Rita is a momma, grandmother, lover of all thing's nature and learning. Yoga instructor, pelvic floor instructor, and full of so much wonderful information from her amazing full life.
Jodi has known Rita for 14 years; they met while camping. Rita teaches yoga on the beach each day for free while camping. She does this because she loves yoga, teaching and connection. Rita is a gift to the world!!
