In this episode, we talk with Ryan Diener and Michelle Pederson, Chinese Medicine practitioners. Michelle is a licensed acupuncturist who dedicted the last nine years of her life to working for ASNY, the Acupuncture Society of New York. Michelle has now moved her practice and is looking to expand, but faces many of the same issues that we all do with practicing in this field. Ryan Diener is a licensed acupuncturist who has a large multidiscplinary practice, and has offered practice management consulting on past podcasts with Chinese Medicine That Works. Ryan discusses strategies with Michelle to help her get her practice to the next level. After the consult, we discuss the field today and ways of navigating to help assure success in these tides of change.
