I am going to talk about stopping your overthinking
I wanted to tell you one of the ways that you can shift your overthinking
thoughts, put a pause on it so you can pivot to another ore important thing in your life.
This is a good way to develop some quick changes AND you can use this all the time.
In this episode, I will discuss
What I call the "pause & pivot" and how it works to switch your mindset.
I'll share a few of my favorite and very effective pause & pivot techniques
Once you learn how to pause your thinking you can begin to do it naturally
