S1 CHRISTMAS SPECIAL - Christmas tips, tricks, laughs, and support with Kelly and Fliss
12/07/22 • 56 min
Christmas isn't always the easiest time for a lot of people and I include myself when I write this, so in this episode we have Kelly and Fliss from the CAMHS eating disorders team. Christmas sometimes is even harder for those who might struggle with their eating so in this episode we explore the things you can do to both manage at this time of year generally as well as with eating. We chat festive tradition, ndubz and stepping into Christmas, as well as getting a surprise visit from someone special at the end of the episode.... I wish you a very Merry Christmas but most importantly, make sure to not put too much pressure on yourself and allow yourself to have a break. Enjoy and i will see you in January for season 2....

S1 E21 Season Finale - Q&A, the chat chit awards and a load of chit
Well, this is the final episode of the season and in this episode myself and Elizabeth look back over the series and chat about what coping mechanisms different people use and whether we would use them. Alongside that we do the inaugural chat chit awards as well as go through a few questions that some people asked us on Instagram @chatchitpodcast. We thought this might just be a fun way to look back and have a chat about a few of the episodes as well as give few people a bit of a taster about what we have talked about in the last few months. This finale also gave us an opportunity to thank everyone who had been on the podcast so far and appreciate their stories and how extraordinary they are. Enjoy

S2 E1 - Maya, Tik Tok distractions and a double dosage of ADHD
We are back... In this episode we return to the orignal format and hear a young persons story (Maya) and how she has navigated her way through the world and her mental health. I think chat chit in its purity is heard in this episode where we go off on many a tangent towards the end chatting chit about Harry potter and nostalgia. But what we do also discuss are Maya's coping mechanisms, panic attacks, ADHD and whole lot of other stuff we cram into half an hour.
Enjoy...
