She's the owner and principal consultant at ONE EIGHTY, LLC and specializes in conflict resolution and mediation so coworkers, managers, and employees can have an open dialogue with one another so they can chart a new path forward and get work done. Natalie talks about why she became a superwoman conflict resolver, and all the stops along the way (she was named CEO of her former company before the age of 30 so you know she’s got the chops for running a successful business). Natalie is also a fellow upstate New Yorker, growing up in Utica, NY and attending Ithaca College.
