Books often start with a prologue - but if you're at all like me, you don't always read them. Yet, they have the power to set the stage for the rest of the story. Similarly in life: rarely do we fully understand how important our thoughts are to what happens in our lives. The Bible does though! Not only does it understand how important the prologue is, it even gives us some really good ones to use.
In this episode we explore examples of how a prologue can radically change your understanding of a story. We connect that to our own thought processes, and how we can change what a story means and how we respond simply by changing what we think about it. We also discuss the devil's goal to tell his own prologue, and how to overcome that effort.
