Would you take the easy route if it was boring? Our caller is suffocating under the weight of other people's expectations and judgements, but she wants to break free. The thing is, the quest for autonomy is much more difficult when you aren't sure what you would do with the autonomy if it was suddenly granted to you.
We discuss how she can reframe her thoughts when she is feeling self-conscious and insecure, and I try to convince her to push a little more out of her comfort zone and try recording a YouTube video because she needs to practice getting out of her head!
