Following unsuccessful medical intervention she did a lot of research on natural solutions for health and wellness and the rest is history. Today Cindy is a courage coach for caregivers helping clients who feel lost in their caregiving role, author and designer.

Last but not least, we shared a kidney health tip regarding over the counter pills and their potential to cause kidney failure.
