Career Shifters: Kelly Keating - establishing a portfolio career
In this episode I chat to Kelly Keating who, with a career spanning 25 years across SMEs the Third Sector and Financial Services, has purposefully established a portfolio career to ensure life and career can work together and be mutually rewarding.
Kelly shares her journey to reaching this goal, giving insight to a few of the many things Kelly is involved in as an employee, a self-employed Coach, a charity Board member, the co-lead of a professional female networking platform as well as being a mum to a five-year-old and a wife!
Kelly shares how she has positioned herself to make a difference - in her organisation and outside of this by living true to her values of Integrity, Community, Compassion, Growth and Connection.
Kelly does not profess to being Superwoman by any means (although I do wonder!) and is very honest about the "juggle" she still manages. The clear positive here though, is Kelly's passion for all she does resulting in the fulfilment her portfolio career affords her.
Kelly is upbeat, positive yet grounded and I am confident you will find this episode both interesting and inspiring.
